Inspired by Italian family recipes passed down through generations, served to share. Begin with Mushroom arancini and Burrata with porcini mushrooms (even better with fresh truffle), served with our Rosemary Focaccia to mop it all up. Next, it’s Beef carpaccio with rocket & Grana Padano, and a refreshing Radicchio, orange & caramelised pecan salad.
At the centre, Braised ox-cheeks al Montepulciano fall apart into soft Parmesan polenta. You can upgrade (£5pp) to Head Chef Gigi’s Roast Porchetta rolled with sage, rosemary and lemon zest (just as they do in Abruzzo). Both come with a side of Confit potatoes with rosemary salt. Dessert’s an indulgent Tiramisu, generous in every spoonful, made for the whole table to share.
